Who you are dealing with

This website and the services described on it are provided by Quick HR Solution, which operates the Vichar Vimarsh brand, at 701, Mauryansh Elanza, Nr. Parekh’s Hospital, Shyamal Cross Road, Satellite, Ahmedabad 380015, Gujarat, India. "We" and "us" mean Quick HR Solution. "You" means the person or business using this site or engaging us.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this website is

This site describes who we are and how we work. It is an invitation to start a conversation, not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates a contract or a client relationship by itself.

Booking the free strategy session does not make you a client and costs you nothing. A client relationship begins only when we have both agreed a written proposal or engagement letter for specific work.

Our services

We provide business consulting to owners and their teams: diagnosis, structure, and thinking support. The Business Scan is a paid diagnostic that runs over roughly six to eight days and is designed to produce clarity, not implementation. As the site says plainly: no advice, no execution, only clarity.

Consulting engagements that follow are agreed separately and in writing. Where a signed proposal or engagement letter says something different from these terms, that document governs for that engagement.

What we do not promise

We bring judgement, structure and honest questions. We cannot and do not guarantee any particular business outcome, revenue figure, growth rate or result. Anything we say about what other businesses achieved is a description of their situation, not a forecast of yours.

Decisions about your business remain yours. We are not your accountants, auditors, lawyers or licensed financial advisers, and nothing we provide substitutes for advice from those professionals where you need it.

What we ask of you

The quality of a diagnosis depends on the quality of what it is based on. When you engage us, you agree to give us information that is accurate and reasonably complete, to give us access to the people and data we reasonably need, and to tell us promptly if something material changes.

You also agree not to misuse this site: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, no scraping or automated harvesting, and no use of the site or our materials in a way that breaks the law.

Fees and payment

The strategy session is free. Fees for the Business Scan and for any consulting engagement are set out in the proposal for that work, and are payable on the terms it states. [TO CONFIRM: standard payment terms, for example "100% in advance" or "50% on start, 50% on delivery", and applicable taxes such as GST]

Confidentiality, both ways

We treat what you tell us about your business as confidential and use it only for your engagement. We ask the same of you for the frameworks, questions, templates and written outputs we share with you.

Confidentiality does not apply to information already public, information you already held, or anything the law requires us to disclose. We may describe our work with you in general, unattributed terms unless you ask us not to; we will never name you or share your figures without your written permission.

Intellectual property

The text, design, structure and graphics on this site, and the methods, frameworks and materials we use in our work, belong to us. You may read, print and share pages of this site for your own use, with attribution.

Deliverables we prepare specifically for your engagement are yours to use inside your business once paid for. The underlying frameworks they are built on remain ours, and you may not resell, publish or license our materials to anyone else.

Links to other sites

This site links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and our social profiles. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Liability

This website is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and available as far as we reasonably can, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or always reachable.

To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from use of this site or from our services. For any engagement, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the work the claim relates to. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.

Ending an engagement

Either of us may end an engagement in writing if the working relationship is not productive. You remain liable for work properly done up to that point, and we will hand over what we have completed. The confidentiality and intellectual property sections survive the end of an engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, we both agree to try to resolve the matter by talking to each other in good faith.

Changes, and how to reach us

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Terms already agreed in a signed engagement do not change retrospectively.
