P How we handle your data
We collect as little as the work allows.
Who this policy is from
This website is published by Quick HR Solution, which operates the Vichar Vimarsh brand. Where this policy says "we" or "us", it means Quick HR Solution acting as the data fiduciary (the party that decides why and how your personal data is handled) under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

The short version
This site has no contact forms, no login, and no newsletter. It sets no cookies of its own, stores nothing in your browser, and runs no advertising or social media trackers. If you only read the site, you never give us your name.
We receive personal data in one situation: when you choose to start a conversation with us.
What we actually receive
When you contact us. Every contact route on this site is a direct one: a WhatsApp link, a phone number, or an email address. When you use one, we receive whatever that channel carries and whatever you choose to tell us, typically:
- Your name, phone number or email address, as your device presents it
- Your WhatsApp display name and profile photo, if you message us there
- Anything you tell us about yourself or your business in the conversation
Technical data, automatically. This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the requests your browser makes, including your IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, and the pages you opened. Cloudflare's analytics on this site are cookieless and do not fingerprint or follow you across other websites. We see this only as aggregate counts, never as a profile tied to you.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use contact details to reply to you, to arrange and hold the free strategy session, and, if you become a client, to carry out the engagement. The lawful basis is your consent, given by choosing to contact us, and, once an engagement begins, the performance of our contract with you.
We use technical data to keep the site available, fast and secure, and to understand which pages are read. That is our legitimate interest in running a working website.
We do not use your data to build advertising profiles, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
Business information you share with us
A Business Scan or a consulting engagement involves us seeing operational, financial and people-related information about your company, some of which is confidential and some of which may be personal data about your employees.
We treat all of it as confidential. We use it only to carry out the work you engaged us for, we do not disclose it to anyone outside the engagement without your instruction, and we return or delete it on request. Where that information includes personal data about your staff, you remain the data fiduciary for it and we act on your instructions.
Who else is involved
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. Data reaches these parties only because of how the site and our communications work:
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and provides its security and analytics
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you contact us there; that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, which we do not control
- Our email and telephone providers, which carry those messages and calls
- Professional advisers or authorities, where the law requires disclosure
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Records from a completed engagement are kept for as long as we need them for the relationship, and for any period Indian tax, company or contract law requires. Cloudflare's request logs are short-lived and retained on Cloudflare's own schedule.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:
- Ask what personal data of yours we hold and how it is being used
- Ask us to correct or complete anything inaccurate
- Ask us to erase it, where we are not required to keep it
- Withdraw a consent you previously gave, at any time
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights if you are unable to
- Raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if we do not resolve it
Write to connect@vicharvimarsh.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Withdrawing consent does not undo anything we did lawfully beforehand.
Security
This site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We limit access to client information to the people working on your engagement. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the safeguards a firm of our size reasonably can, and we will tell you and the authorities if a breach affects your data.
Children
Our work is with business owners. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes, and how to reach us
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear rather than slipped in.
For any question about this policy, or to raise a grievance, contact our grievance officer, [TO CONFIRM: grievance officer name], at connect@vicharvimarsh.com, or by post at the address in section P—01.
