What this covers

This policy applies to paid work bought from Quick HR Solution, operating the Vichar Vimarsh brand: the Business Scan and any consulting engagement that follows it. Where a signed proposal sets out different commercial terms for a specific engagement, that document governs and this page fills the gaps.

The free strategy session

The first session is thirty minutes, free, and carries no obligation. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. If you cannot make it, tell us and we will find another time. If we do not think we are the right thinking partners for your situation, we will say so in that session rather than sell you a scan.

Booking and paying for a Business Scan

A Business Scan is confirmed when the fee, or the agreed first instalment, is received and we have blocked the dates in our calendar. Because the work runs over roughly six to eight days and takes partner time, those dates are held for you and turned away for others. If you cancel

Tell us in writing at connect@vicharvimarsh.com as early as you can. What you get back depends on how much of the work has already been done:

• Before the scan starts: cancel at least [TO CONFIRM: notice period, e.g. 7 days] before the agreed start date and we refund [TO CONFIRM: e.g. the full fee, or the fee less an administration charge of X].
• Inside the notice period, before we start: we refund [TO CONFIRM: e.g. 50% of the fee], because the dates can no longer be reallocated.
• Once the scan has begun: the fee is not refundable, since the interviews, data review and analysis are already under way. We will still complete the work and give you the findings.

If you need to move the dates

Rescheduling is usually easier for both of us than cancelling. Ask at least [TO CONFIRM: notice period, e.g. 48 hours] before the start date and we will move you to the next available slot at no charge, [TO CONFIRM: how many times this is allowed, e.g. once per engagement]. Repeated postponement may be treated as a cancellation under the section above.

If we cancel

If we cannot deliver on the agreed dates, for any reason on our side, we will offer you the choice of new dates or a full refund of everything you have paid for work not yet delivered. That choice is yours, not ours.

Ongoing consulting engagements

Retainer or project-based consulting can be ended by either of us with [TO CONFIRM: notice period, e.g. 30 days] written notice. Fees are payable for work properly done up to the end of the notice period. Amounts paid in advance for work not yet done are refunded; work already delivered is not refundable.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original bank account or payment method used, in Indian Rupees. We aim to process them within [TO CONFIRM: e.g. 7 to 14 working days] of agreeing the amount. Bank charges or payment gateway fees, and any taxes already deposited with the authorities, may be deducted where we cannot recover them.

Tell us while the work is happening, not after it ends. Raise it with connect@vicharvimarsh.com or call +91 84693 36121, and we will look at it honestly and propose how to put it right. Most concerns are better solved by finishing the thinking properly than by unwinding the engagement.
